  Ive overlooked a lot of small issues with Tranquility, things like wait and questionable cleanliness. Bit I just spent a hour and forty five minutes at Tranquility getting a manicure, that does not include a wait time. After being convinced to try the newer dip nail service (at a higher rate) I had my fingers twisted and my cuticles beat up by the electronic sanding device as they worked on my nails. At the end a top coat was applied. After sitting for over ten minutes to let that dry a gentlemen came over to check. He smudged it. And then I had to go back to start the process again with a gel coat, which should've been done the first time. No explanations or apologies from him.
  
  I have never been so frustrated by a salon experience. My fingers hurt, my cuticles are sore, and the whole experience killed the time I need for my plans today and left me in a terrible mood. You would think that wasting over a hour of my time like that would've warranted a discount as an apology, but it did not. I should've listened to the other numerous bad reviews I've seen. I won't be back. And I'd never recommend this place to others.
